PROJECT:
Kaplan University is an online degree program positioned to assist military applicants pursue higher education goals. The focus for this landing page revision was to increase ZIP code captures.
STRATEGY:
Prioritizing ZIP capture by adding prominence while other means of contacting the college were given lower emphasis. ZIP code capture became the dominant call to action. All page CTA's lead to the ZIP code field with the exception of Call Us and Chat CTA's. Supporting informational copy was reformatted in hierarchy of importance. This solution was A/B tested against other iterations.
