Service Software UI/UX


This project was driven by a need to reduce critical errors in collecting customer information while placing phone orders. In brief, call representatives would occassionally forget to capture critical information during calls.


Progressive field and submit button activation once key information is collected. Names of those on-site and authorized to ok work are grouped with relevant date information. A more detailed study is included as part of the UX Portfolio PDF.
